60HE+ Modules in the US

For customers waiting on the 60HE+ modules to arrive in the US, I’ve got good news and bad news.

New date for order fulfillment: 17th of February

Here’s the good news:

The products have passed the quality control checks, and the shipment is now finally en-route to our US fulfillment center!

Now for the bad news… This batch is behind schedule.

Customers who placed their order at the start of December were provided with an expectation that these units would arrive at our US-based fulfillment center in January. Due to a (now resolved) labeling issue, that timeline was not able to met. On the 5th of January, the batch was updated in our system to show the 7th of February as the day when orders could get fulfilled and shipped to customers.

Regretfully, the shipping container that included these 60HE+ modules was rolled to a later sailing on a different container ship. Due to that change, we will not be able to start fulfillment on the 7th of February. Therefore, a new estimated date has been provided.

Order fulfillment will start is expected to start on: Tuesday, the 17th of February

Once the freight shipment arrives at the fulfillment center and the modules are made ready for individual shipments, you’ll get an email notification to confirm that your shipping address is still accurate and to queue your order for fulfillment. You can also sign up for Discord notification for this batch.

Note: if you previously signed up for notification for this batch, you’ll need to “Refresh Roles” on the Wooting Hub to re-enable that, due to batch configuration changes.
