Optimum Keycaps in EU

We are moving inventory of the Optimum keycaps from the US to the EU, in order to balance the existing inventory between fulfillment centers. Unfortunately, the freight is several weeks behind schedule. While the products were ready to get loaded onto the cargo ship in California on the 2nd of February, the cargo ship was late to arrive to port, and didn’t depart until the 23rd of February.

This shipment is currently on the water, traveling on the containership NYK REMUS, approaching the Panama Canal. Once through the canal, it will continue its journey towards the Port of Rotterdam. You can follow its progress here:

The expected arrival time at port is the 1st of April. From there, the keycaps will need to be trucked to our Dutch fulfillment center, which is expected to deliver to the fulfillment center on the 6th of April. We have given our fulfillment center advanced notice that there are customer backorders waiting on this freight delivery, and they’ve committed to prioritizing the inbound of this freight to ensure the process goes as quickly as possible.

Once at the fulfillment center, customer orders can be packed and shipped.
