Plastic 60HEv2’s Coming In Hot

In a historic Wooting first, the estimated shipment date for the plastic version of the 60HEv2, set during the Founder’s Campaign, will be achieved!

Back in November, we forecasted that the first batch of preassembled 60HEv2’s with a plastic case would be ready to ship to customers starting early April. I’m pleased to announce that we are actually slightly ahead of schedule!

Customer Shipments Start…

• NA-skyscraper-0: 23rd of March
• EU-wolkenkrabber-0: 23rd of March
• HK-Mótiāndàlóu-0: 25th of March

Address Confirmations

Customers with orders for which there is an extended pre/back order period are requested to confirm their shipping address prior to the order being submitted for fulfillment.

This is done for two reasons:

• To ensure that the customer hasn’t moved in the time since the order was originally placed
• To confirm that the customer is available to receive their order, and not on vacation or traveling

Address confirmation will be possible on the day shipments start. You will receive an email notification, and if you’ve opted in to Discord notification, a ping in the #batch_updates channel as well.

If you don’t confirm your shipping address, we will still ship your order to the current address listed, approximately 1 week after the address confirmation system becomes available.

Fulfillment Expectations

Once you’ve confirmed your shipping address, your order will be in queue to get fulfilled. Our team does a final scan through of addresses to make sure there is no obviously missing or incorrect information, and then your order gets submitted for fulfillment.

Once submitted for fulfillment, orders will get packed and shipped within 48 hours - most within 24 hours.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link in your email address. Please note: it can take up to several days for your shipped parcel to show movement on your tracking link, depending on shipping method and destination.

Stock Status

Enough quantity of the plastic preassembled 60HEv2’s have been sent to our fulfillment centers to ship all existing preorders plus extra. This means that once the preorders are shipped, these products will be in stock!
